Because I have extensive experience in B2C communications.

After managing online stores for a decade I’ve come into contact with every kind of customer there is — the good, the bad, and the very, very ugly.  I know how to communicate with all of them quickly and effectively.  I know how to speak to a customer in a tone that feels authentic to them.  And in a tone that is aligned with your brand.  I know what customers like to hear, what they like to see, and how to get them in the door (or out the door, if that’s what you want).

Because I’ll follow through.

Meticulous. Detail-oriented. “A machine.” These are just a few of the ways I’ve been described by clients and employers.  You may have tried to improve your communications before but had your efforts derailed by all the other demands of your business. When we meet, we’ll set a plan in place and I’ll stick to it.  I don’t have to be reminded or chased to meet deadlines.  So while you’re busy growing your business, you’ll know that the communications element will be right there with you.

Because I produce quality content.

With a Master’s Degree in Library Science, I am an expert researcher and organizer.  I don’t do much book organizing these days, but I apply the same principles to organization of thoughts and ideas.  We’ll work together to develop a list of content ideas and I’ll keep them organized so you can continue putting out thoughtful, relevant, and timely content.
